Change of mind or not fitting correctly? No worries, take it from us, we know how difficult it can be to purchase shoes online.

All our orders are dispatched within 24 hrs with An Post couriers with the expected delivery time of 2 days maximum within the island of Ireland. You will be notified of your tracking # and expected time of delivery. You can elect to change the delivery schedule.

To make your life easier, we offer a no hassle returns on all shoes returned back to us in their original box and packaging within 28 days of purchase.

We offer a full money back refund for purchased products, providing that the items are returned in their original packaging, unsoiled and with all labels and product swing tags attached.

We offer size exchanges free of charge for purchases in Ireland. Simply notify us by phone or email and we will organise with An Post to drop the required different size to you and collect the unwanted size.

The cost of returning unwanted purchases is the responsibility of the customer. Returns can also be made in-store.

Delivery charges if occurred on your original order are non refundable. Items that are deemed not suitable and need to be returned for a refund can be returned in one of 2 ways.

Please note. If the returned footwear or any other items does not meet the criteria above, the refund may be declined and the products will be returned to customer.
