To make your life easier, we offer hassle-free exchange and returns on all shoes for Irish orders only, provided it is returned in the original box and packaging within 28 days of purchase.

We offer a full money back refund for purchased products, providing that the items are returned in their original packaging, unsoiled and with all labels and product swing tags attached.

We offer size exchanges free of charge for purchases in Ireland. Simply notify us by phone or email and send it back with An Post Click here to send back

The cost of returning unwanted purchases is the responsibility of the customer. Returns can also be made in-store.

Delivery charges if occurred on your original order are non refundable. Items that are deemed not suitable and need to be returned for a refund can be returned in one of 2 ways.
