The Birkenstock Arizona 1009527 is a category-defining, two-strap design that combines legendary comfort with a timeless fashion aesthetic. Made from soft, flexible mink suede with a velvety napped finish, these sandals feature the iconic Soft Footbed. This integrates a specialised latex foam cushion into the anatomically shaped cork-latex base, providing excellent comfort from day one. The natural leather insole and lightweight EVA outsole work together to provide superior moisture absorption and cushioning, ensuring that every step is softly supported. The two independently adjustable straps conform to the unique shape of your foot.

• Upper Material: Suede
  Suede is a split leather with a napped finish. It has a velvety surface and is very soft to the touch. It also boasts a high moisture absorption capacity. Suede is softer and more flexible by nature and does not have the same stability as smooth leather. The stability of suede also varies from hide to hide. This does not constitute a material or production defect. 
• Insole: Natural leather
  Natural leather can be recognized by its untreated surface. BIRKENSTOCK purposely does not treat surface grains and other characteristic features. BIRKENSTOCK uses sturdy leather with a thickness of 2.8 to 3.2 millimeters as upper material.
• Special feature: Soft footbed
  The soft footbed features an integrated latex foam cushion, offering excellent comfort from day one. The contoured cork footbed conforms to the shape of your foot and provides pronounced arch support, along with an extra layer of super soft foam cushioning, a deep heel cup, and a roomy toe box, all lined with suede.
• Footbed material: Cork
  Cork is a sustainable material extracted from the bark layer of the cork oak. This natural product is insulating and offers very good cushioning.
• Outsole: Lightweight EVA sole for cushioning and shock absorption
  EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate) is a high-quality, very light, elastic material with extremely good cushioning. As a result, it smooths out slight irregularities in the floor and ensures that every step is softly cushioned.
